Homework, sometimes called
`outwork', has been defined as Work carried out by a person,
to be referred to as a homeworker, in his or her own home or
in premises he or she has chosen; for remuneration; which results
in a product
or service as specified by the employer, whether the equipment,
materials or other inputs used are provided by this person,
the employer, or the intermediary, as long as this person does
not have the degree of autonomy and does not fulfil other conditions
necessary to be considered an independent worker under national
laws, regulations or court decisions.
